Online Payment Systems Integrate With QuickBooks Desktop

Does anyone use an online system to collect customer payments?
What my needs are,
1. the customer decides which invoice to pay and select the few invoices and schedule a one-time payment
2. integrate with QB Desktop customer center to collect the date for invoice number/amount / invoice details / open balance paid
3. user-friendly for the customers
