I will write you in English it is quicker for me penny stocks is when a company wants to grow and need more capital (more cash flow) they go on the stock market and sell shares in their company let say they need 5 million dollar they will sell a share for 1 dollar and when all 5 million stocks is sell they have the money they need BUT it is very risky cause most of the companies I can say even 97.5% loss their value very quick but if you buy from the other 2.5% you can make 100-1600% meaning you spend a dollar in penny stocks it can go up each dollar to 4-5-6-7-8 dollars and 10.000 will go up to 40.000 ETC
