איינער האט דא עקספיערנס מיט שיקן FBA צו קאנדא, און וואס ברויך מען נאכקומען מצד די רעגירונג אין קאנאדא?

when sending in a pallet do i need to put a label on every box on the pallet ? or its enough that i put a paper on all the 4 sides of the pallet

You have to put labels on each and every carton.

i never put on each box

but its probably better to put as they requested

I realize that today you can modify units less than 5% to AVP1 (for instance if you want to sent 10 units of 1 SKU (Standard Size) the system will tell you to send 4 to SC, 2 to TX and 4 to AZ so if you’ll write in that you send 18 units the system will automatically send you to AVP1 PA. usually you cannot modify more or less than 6 units which means you have to send in minimum 12pc.) But today you do have the capability to modify the qty you like, so you have to write 18pc just to get the AVP1 then after you approve shipment you can modify it the qty you want. Maybe it works for a short while only, now it worked for me.

I got a return on fba inventory and the buyer wrote reason for return 'missing parts' while item was in a sealed box with no way that there were parts missing, anything I can do about it? Can I have Amazon relist it?

Even though Amazon received it in a in original sealed box?

yes.
FBA returns mostly going to Unfulfilled even when the only problem with the return is that
the packaging is not perfect
but in any case when the customer complains that its damaged or missing etc, even its false
like most cases they only do it to get free return shipping it will go to unfulfilled
thats the hassle of doing FBA

lately they start a Repackaging service but you need to signup for it and here is what they wrote
"when you use the FBA Repackaging Service, your customer returns that would otherwise be in new, sellable condition, with the exception of packaging issues (torn box, opened clamshell, etc.), are repackaged by Amazon "saving you the cost and cycle time of removing the products from the fulfillment center.

I've signed up for repackaging service, but I assume I can't use it when consumer complained about missing parts, am I correct?
