we are talking here of a small shipment with about 60 products with only 1 box
and how long can it takes ???
all items have a scaneble barcode most of the items are matching the UPC ,
and if not you can see the item # which are matching to the SKU ,
this are very expensive items ,
and i have to pay the credit card bills ,
and reorder for the upcoming season ,
and this situation is affecting my business
so can you please Hurry up the investigation ??

According to the invoice you provided, the following units were included in your shipment. Although your shipment included 5 units of X000, and 2 units of X000 ,the invoice confirmed only 2 units of X000 and 1 unit of X000 were purchased and sent on shipment.
here comes a list of items The reason for units not receiving to shipment FBA.. is because it wasn't labeled correctly. We are unable to reimburse you as you were previously given a one time exception for reimbursement in Case #1.
Please be aware that, some products require labels to be received at Amazon's fulfillment centers.
Amazon reserves the right to dispose of or liquidate mislabeled units if the owner is unknown or (when ownership is known) re-label a product at the seller's expense.
Not complying with FBA product preparation requirements, safety requirements, and product restrictions may result in the immediate refusal of inventory upon receipt at the Amazon fulfillment center, disposal of the inventory upon receipt, blocking future shipments to the fulfillment center, the denial of reimbursement claims, or charging for preparation at the fulfillment center.

I'm extremely shocked with this conclusion
I had send this items to amazon as you can see in the invoices
with scan-able bar-codes and item number clearly written on each bag
i attached a picture for a example
and you did received it so why should they throw it away ??
if you couldn't match them you should mark it for unfulfilled
and I would take it back ,
The reason the shipment does not match with the invoice for some items is
because i ordered more, but some items were out of stock
and i was supposed to create the shipment before ordering, to know where they should ship it
this items are like the king of my store and i cant afford to lose this expensive shipment
so please please Chau
if you can do anything to help me out and get to a better conclusion
i will really appreciate it
please ask the fulfillment center they should research for this 1 box ,
and or add to my inventory or send it back to me

I have reached out to the fulfillment center and unfortunately, the missing units could not be located. The following list of units are the units we have researched and could not be recovered.
We are also unable to proceed with a reimbursement as our fulfillment center has confirmed based on the units that were received, they were not labeled properly. These products needed to be labeled by you with X00, and the photo you provided us shows that our prep policies were not followed.
Please note that Amazon reserves the right to dispose of or liquidate mislabeled units if the owner is unknown or (when ownership is known) re-label a product at the seller's expense.

I would like to discuss a few point regarding the shipment FBA
1) Please try to search again I know I made a BIG mistake that I didn’t label it, It just slipped my mind. I wasn’t trying to save $4.00 by asking Amazon to label the product, trust me.
This shipment means a lot to me and my business. This is a true lost if you don’t find it.
I had several times that Amazon fulfillment center said that they can’t locate some products and after a good search they did find it,
so please try to find it, it’s a must!
2) As a by the way the reimbursement on the other shipment FBA.. with the case # 1... that you mention was a onetime exception,
if you think in what you told me, you’ll understand that this shipment was in the same order and should also be reimbursement.
And I think it also deserves to be part of the onetime exception!
