What am I looking for?

Part 1 for items already in FBA

I want be able to know two main things

1) Profits of the sales
2) What is selling good (so I can order more)

Other things that I would like the program to perform is returns and other fees I get charged. So for example when I say profits of the sales and fees what do I mean by that?

Let’s say I sent in 49 of a product that cost me $113.40 And I am selling it for $161.45 I get from amazon after fees $134.66 I make $21.26 on each sale after 1 -2 weeks I sold all 49 of them and 2 had returned the items so

49 x $134.66 sales
Minus - 2 x $134.66 for returns
Minus- $9.98 For the return fees x 2
Plus + 2 new sales 2 x $134.66.

So I want to be able to see every day this report for each of my SKUS. Why? Because now I know that I had Spent $5556.60 (so the program needs a option to add the wholesale price) to buy this 49 and after the returns and fees and all that I got $6578.38 minus the shipping fee it cost to send to amazon minus the boxes which I will not add to this calculation now. So in the end I made a profit of $1021.78 for the investment which is 15.5% profit. Now I know the answer to both questions. DO I make money? Yes is it worth buying and selling? Yes, why because I sold 49 in less than 2 weeks then I should buy 200 enough for 1 ½ month of stock. This is the answers I want to get form this program. (And I can't find the right software )

This is manually made for this product and it took me 8 minutes (need to check if all 49 sold for the same price because of the repricing software) but sometimes it takes more because not all of them sold and I should buy more even before it sold out, for good products, so I need that data in a easy way, plus to pull the returns and the fees. And if there is missing items. All of this I need in a easy to use software so I can track GREEN stock and RED stock Green for items I am making money and have a quick turnaround time, Red for the items that take too long to sell and I need to look into it manually to find the issue and fix it.

Also I want to help me keep track of missing items from FBA and also on returns to check if a item that was refunded was returned to stock. And that is what the shipment file is for. There I can check if it sales good and fast also I can see if I am missing items for returns. But there is two issues 1. Its manually and 2 it does not give me the profit of the fast selling items to see if I actually make money, and low selling items to see if I can drop the price and if it will help to sell it faster.

That’s why I need a program for FBA!!

We’re writing to let you know about the impending closure of two of our U.S. fulfillment centers, TUL1 and RNO1, because you have inventory at either one or both of these fulfillment centers.

Amazon continually reassesses its fulfillment center network and is moving your inventory to more efficient facilities to support faster delivery and an improved customer experience. Amazon will transfer all inventory stored in TUL1 and RNO1 to other fulfillment centers over the next six weeks.

Inventory in TUL1 and RNO1 will remain available for fulfillment from those locations until the transfer is initiated. The transfer of any individual unit will take up to 72 hours. During this time, we will change the status of your inventory from “Sellable” to “Reserved.” Products that are in transit from one fulfillment center to another are still available for sale, but will not be Prime-eligible until they have reached the new fulfillment center. All transfers of inventory from TUL1 and RNO1 will be completed by February 12, 2015.

Products with an “Unsellable” status will also be transferred, but their status will remain “Unsellable” during the transfer.

You can create removal orders for inventory held at TUL1 and RNO1 through January 6, 2015. After that date, inventory at TUL1 and RNO1 will not be eligible for removal until it is received at the new fulfillment center.

You can view what inventory you have at TUL1 and RNO1 by referring to the FC column of your (sign-in required).
