am interested to get native usa or livigent filter on my computer ,but need to cover a loophole ,which is ,that the modem be programmed not to allowed internet use only to those computers that has the native usa or livigent its competitor installed ,
is out there any programmer able to design such program on a modem/ Router ' without be able to outplay it ?

Well, there is probably not possible - or at least very difficult - to pinpoint that only computers that have those filters should be able to access the internet through your router. You can do one of the following:

Install the hardware box from Livigent, this will be used as your primary router so no one will be able to access the internet without going through it.

Or just do mac filtering on your router, and enable only those PCs you know to have the filter you want.
